Volleyball season seems like it never ends! Summer is nearing an end and that means high school ball is on the horizon, and soon after we are back in club season!! With a successful first season under our belts, No Limit is looking forward to this up coming season. I am excited to get back out on the court coaching the players to reach their potential!

No Limit is proud to announce we have a new home this season…Midwest Junior Volleyball Center in North Aurora! It is a larger facility than we were previously at, and I am excited about the opportunity we have here. It will allow us to expand and grow as a program to offer the proper training for our players.

Along with a new practice facility, I am excited to have Erica Ortiz move into the role of Operations Director. She will be overseeing practices, and as a physical education major and avid volleyball player/coach, she will be developing an intense cardio/core workout plan for the players. This program will be done on a weekly basis to help develop their overall strength and agility throughout the season. We are also looking into other programs to accompany our new routine.

Looking forward to the 2010-2011 season, we once again will be participating in many big name tournaments again to get the players extreme competitive play and exposure to college recruiting! Our intense practices, extreme work ethic and competitive tourney play was a good recipe last year, and we look to improve on that this season.
